　　小反刍兽疫（Peste des Petits Ruminants，PPR）是由小反刍动物，特别是山羊和绵羊的一种急性病毒性疾病，以发热、眼鼻分泌物、口炎、腹泻和肺炎为主要特征。小反刍兽疫是一种跨境传播疾病，因其较高的发病率和死亡率常引起严重的经济损失，因此也被列为必须向OIE报备的动物疾病之一，在国内被列为一类传染病。本试剂盒采用竞争酶联免疫吸附法，利用昆虫细胞表达的小反刍兽疫病毒重组核蛋白和其特异的单克隆抗体制备而成，可用于进行小反刍兽疫的血清学诊断、接种疫苗后的抗体检测以及血清学调查。

　　Peste des petits ruminants(PPR)is an acute viral disease of small ruminants,especially goats and sheep,and is characterized by severe pyrexia,oculonasal discharge,necrotizing and erosive stomatitis,enteritis and pneumonia.PPR is a transboundary animal disease causing significant economic losses due to its high morbidity and mortality,and has therefore been classified among diseases that must be notified to the OIE.It is listed in A class infectious disease in domestic.This kit use competitive ELISA method which based on the reaction between a specific monoclonal antibody and a recombinant nucleoprotein of PPRV.This protein was obtained from insect cells infected with a PPRV nucleoprotein recombinant baculovirus.This kit is used to detect antibody against PPRV for monitoring antibody after PPRV immune and serological diagnosis of infection of sheep and sero-surveillance.
